Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Council:

Establishment:

The Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Center established based on the Emiri decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman on October 30, 2004, to be an institution that falls within the umbrella Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Center's Vision:

Regional and international leadership in the field of commercial disputes adjudication.

Center's Mission:

Adopting the best mechanisms and means in the field of disputes resolution and upgrading the center to compete with its efficiency in national and international arbitration institutions.

Center Goals:

-    Providing flexible and impartial mechanisms to resolve and settle disputes easily, and at minimal costs.
-    Establishing partnerships with national and international bodies and institutions to prepare a selection of arbitrators in the field of international arbitration.
-    Spreading the culture of arbitration between lawmen and businessmen through seminars, courses and training programs.
