The reduced pricing aims to ease the burden on the Centre’s clients and provide quality services that boost economic growth and help establish an attractive investment environment in the Emirate of Ajman. The Centre offers specialist services to support economic sectors in Ajman, ensure economic stability, and create a safe and attractive environment for foreign and local investment. To that end, it works to promote alternative dispute resolution systems and offers a dedicated platform to settle commercial and investment disputes, in accordance with international standards and best practices. “The Centre’s services provide flexible solutions for resolving commercial disputes, in line with international best practices in the sector,” asserted Ahmed Khalifa Al-Muwaiji, General Secretary of the Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Centre. “This, in turn, lays the foundations for a safe investment environment, capable of addressing and overcoming all challenges.” The Centre provides dispute resolution services, namely conciliation and arbitration, delivered by highly experienced and specialised arbitrators who abide by straightforward and transparent procedures.
