Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairman of the Ajman Businesswomen Council , affirms that the organizing committee of the national program, "Ishraqa", was keen to diversify the workshops during the second phase of the program with wide participation of project owners aiming at providing the participants with project development tools and transforming ideas into realistic success stories. These workshops include business models development, operations management, management plan preparation and development, and trademark development. It is noteworthy that the third and final phase begins with the beginning of December for the final evaluation and announcement of the winning projects.
