H.E. Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), and Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairwoman of the Ajman Business Women Council (AJBWC), launched the new corporate identity of the AJBWC. They also announced the latest programs and initiatives of the AJBWC in conjunction with the "Emirati Women's Day" celebration. The ceremony was attended by Sheikha Azza bint Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Sheikha Dr. Hend bint Abdulaziz Al Qasimi, Chairwoman of the Business Professional Women Emirates Club, (BPW), and Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Emirates Creative Association The ceremony, held at the Fairmont Ajman-Hotel, was attended by Engineer Aisha Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Vice Chairwoman of the Ajman Businesswomen Council, members of the Ajman Businesswomen Council's Board of Directors, a group of officials and representatives from government departments and agencies both inside and outside the emirate, entrepreneurship experts, project owners, and members from the Ajman Businesswomen Council and the Emirates Businesswomen Council. During the ceremony, H.E. Abdullah Al Muwaiji congratulated everyone on Emirati Women's Day, saying, "We take pride in and appreciate the efforts and achievements of Emirati women before and after the establishment of the Union. These accomplishments and the journey of giving and leadership for Emirati women continue with the ongoing support of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood & Childhood (SCMC), and the Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), may Allah protect her. The Emirati woman is a minister, ambassador, employee, mother, and educator of generations who instills love for the homeland and preserves identity and authentic traditions. Every woman deserves respect and appreciation, and may you all be well every year" At the beginning of the ceremony, Dr. Amna Khalifa welcomed everyone and said during her speech, "The UAE celebrates Emirati Women's Day on August 28 each year, under the guidance of H. H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation, may Allah protect her. This day honors the efforts of Emirati women and their pivotal role in building society." This occasion represents an opportunity to celebrate their achievements in various fields, and it is also a chance to emphasize the importance of supporting and empowering women, providing them with equal opportunities to participate in the development of society She emphasized that AJBWC's celebration of Emirati Women's Day has a special significance as it coincides with the 20th anniversary of AJBWC's establishment, which serves as a fundamental support for women in the field of entrepreneurship. It has contributed to empowering many women to achieve their ambitions and expand their influence in the national economy. she added "Our celebration today is a confirmation of significant efforts and successive achievements, and a moment of pride and honor for everyone who contributed to realizing our shared vision. The establishment of the AJBWC was a launchpad for empowering women and enhancing their role in the business community. AJBWC Identity The ceremony discusses the announcement of a new identity for the AJBWC, represented by the word "endeavors". It outlines a comprehensive vision to create an encouraging environment that promotes innovation and sustainability, enhances initiative and collaboration among businesswomen, and reflects AJBWC's aspirations for a bright and sustainable future for women in business. The AJBWC emphasizes its message: "A Woman Shines in the Economy," symbolizing the rise of inspiring female leaders and role models. AJBWC Achievements: The ceremony highlights the achievements of the AJBWC, showcasing its journey and exceptional accomplishments that have solidified the role of women across various fields. Since its inception, the AJBWC has organized over 700 local and Gulf events that exemplify strength and collaboration. These events have been attended by prominent figures and have benefited businesswomen and entrepreneurs, including exhibitions, conferences, workshops, seminars, and hundreds of initiatives aligning with the aspirations of businesswomen and reflecting the goals of Ajman and the UAE. Additionally, the AJBWC has signed 300 cooperation and strategic partnership agreements, with participation exceeding 1,200 local and international engagements. Executive Diploma The ceremony announces the launch of the "Executive Diploma in Future Leadership for Businesswomen in the Era of Digitization" by the AJBWC, in collaboration with the Future Foresight Foundation. The diploma aims to equip participants, particularly businesswomen and those interested in entrepreneurship, with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in an advanced digital business environment. It focuses on enabling them to utilize tools and develop innovative strategies that align with digital transformations, taking advantage of emerging opportunities in areas such as AI, e-commerce, digital marketing, and financial management fundamentals. Additionally, it seeks to enhance leadership skills and build effective professional relationships. "30-Day Challenge Competition program" The AJBWC discusses the launch of the "30-Day Challenge" program under the slogan "Live It Healthily," with registration open for participants. This initiative is organized by the AJBWC in collaboration with Zulekha Hospital and Eden Café. Additionally, the AJBWC has introduced the "21-Day Mental Health Challenge" to promote mental health and provide psychological support to participants. These efforts are part of the AJBWC's commitment to enhancing public health and community well-being, with a focus on comprehensive health dimensions. The ceremony highlights the participation of H.E. Afra Binhendi, a former member of the Federal National Council, who shared her experience of the Emirati parliamentary system and the honorable representation that Emirati women enjoy within the council, supported by wise leadership. During the ceremony, Eng Aisha Khalfan Al Nuaimi honored the sponsors and participants involved in organizing the event.
