Ajman Business Women Council (AJBWC) and Future Foresight Foundation have unveiled the operational plan and schedule for the "Future Leadership for Businesswomen in the Digital Age" Executive Diploma. This program is being organized in collaboration with SULSIGHT platform and Al Ruwad Specialized Center for Professional Development, targeting businesswomen, aspiring female entrepreneurs, and those with an interest in entrepreneurship. The announcement occurred at a press conference organized to unveil the Executive Diploma details at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel. Attendees included Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairwoman of the Ajman Businesswomen Council; Dr. Sulaiman Mohammed Al Kaabi, CEO of the Future Foresight Foundation; Economic Advisor Salem Hassan Al Ghafri, Founder and Director of the Al Ruwad Specialized Center for Professional Development; members of the AJBWC Board of Directors; as well as numerous businesswomen, entrepreneurship experts, media professionals, and media representatives. At the start of the press conference, Dr. Amna Khalifa greeted the participants and commended the collaboration and efforts of the Future Foresight Foundation, Al Ruwad Specialized Center for Professional Development, and the SULSIGHT platform in launching the Executive Diploma "Future Leadership for Businesswomen in the Digital Age." She emphasized the diploma's role in bolstering businesswomen's abilities and fostering their leadership and innovation skills. Additionally, she highlighted the significance of digital transformation in enhancing project support and boosting competitiveness in both local and global markets. She stated that the AJBWC 's commitment to enhancing the appeal and competitive edge of the Executive Diploma by providing a range of benefits and amenities for women enrolled in the program. Furthermore, she stated, "The AJBWC is actively working to tailor its initiatives and projects to meet the needs of businesswomen, offering the essential support to help them succeed and maintain their ventures. The Council prioritizes the introduction of initiatives and programs that align with economic and social progress, in collaboration with its partners from governmental bodies dedicated to the support and empowerment of women." She urged businesswomen, and those interested in the Executive Diploma, as well as female government employees to reach out to the AJBWC for registration and participation. She clarified that the Executive Diploma enrollment is available to all women, both from the UAE and abroad. Dr. Sulaiman Mohamed AlKaabi outlined the themes of the diploma, which encompass: "An Introduction to future foresight, upcoming trends and burgeoning opportunities for businesswomen, cultivation and enhancement of entrepreneurs' personal attributes and competencies, communication and interpersonal relationships, digital transformation and project management, fundamental skills and instruments for effective business administration, utilization of artificial intelligence in business, leadership and decision-making, data and information governance to refine decision-making processes, innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as remote work and the administration of virtual teams." He explained that the "Future Leadership for Businesswomen in the Digital Age" Executive Diploma is designed to equip businesswomen with the fundamental tools and techniques needed to forecast the future, improve their capacity to anticipate future trends and adapt to change, recognize digital tools and techniques beneficial to businesswomen, develop innovative and sustainable business management strategies, cultivate and strengthen leadership and personal skills, and bolster communication and networking abilities. The diploma program is designed for businesswomen looking to improve their entrepreneurial and management skills and to prepare for future challenges. It is also aimed at aspiring female entrepreneurs who are initiating their own ventures and seek to gain the fundamental skills required for successful business management, as well as individuals interested in learning about entrepreneurship and project management. This diploma program stands out due to the involvement of a cadre of trainers with outstanding expertise and skills in entrepreneurship. This includes Dr. Sulaiman Mohammed AlKaabi, Director of the Fujairah Government Excellence Program and CEO of the Future Foresight Foundation; Dr. Fatima Ahmed Lari, an accredited trainer at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, and UAE Government Ambassador for Government Knowledge Exchange; Safia Al Shehhi, Director of Marketing, Communication, and Public Relations at the Emirates Institute of Finance; Iman Ismail Hussein, an expert in applied strategic planning and strategic thinking; and Dr. Younis Al Hosani, an educational researcher with a PhD in Educational Fundamentals (Educational Leadership). The FLBDA Executive Diploma sessions will run from October 5 to November 5, 2024. This diploma stands out for its accredited sessions conducted through "ZOOM" platform, along with several recorded training sessions. Economic Advisor Salem Hassan Al Ghafri commended the quality of the Executive Diploma tailored for women, highlighting its inclusion of superior scientific subjects and resources that contribute to the enhancement of participants' skills and tools in entrepreneurship. He emphasized that the FLBDA graduation certificates hold accreditation from the Future Foresight Foundation and the SULSIGHT platform, along with international recognition from the American Board of Training.
