The Ajman Business Women Council (AJBWC) has successfully concluded the Executive Diploma "Future Leadership for Businesswomen in the Digital Age." Organized in collaboration with the Future Foresight Foundation for Management Consulting, the Diploma aimed to enhance the innovative, leadership, and administrative skills and capabilities of AJBWC's employees and women entrepreneurs. It also sought to improve the quality of services and initiatives offered by the AJBWC, bolster business sustainability, and support participating women entrepreneurs in increasing the competitiveness of their projects and products in the market. Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairwoman of the AJBWC, stated that the Diploma represents a proactive step towards empowering women entrepreneurs to keep pace with digital transformations and leverage modern technologies in developing their businesses, thereby contributing to enhancing their role in the national economy. She added that the AJBWC was keen on the participation of its employees in the Executive Diploma "Future Leadership for Businesswomen in the Digital Age" to enhance their practical and cognitive skills and enable them to apply best digital practices in the workplace, thereby contributing to improving institutional performance, developing services, and launching proactive initiatives that keep pace with technological advancements, promote innovation, and provide a competitive and sustainable business environment. Dr. Khalifa emphasized that the AJBWC, as part of its strategic plan, seeks to provide innovative training initiatives and programs that meet the aspirations of women entrepreneurs and help them achieve excellence and competitiveness in various sectors in support of the AJBWC's mission to encourage and support women to enter the labor market, support their initiatives, investments, and projects, adopt their ideas, and motivate them to pursue freelance work. For his part, the Economic Advisor, Salem Hassan Al Ghafri, Founder and Director of the Rowad Specialized Center for Professional Development, emphasized the importance of the Diploma in qualifying participants and enabling them to keep pace with economic and technological changes, noting that the completion of the academic materials by the participants and their obtaining of international accreditation from the American Board reflects the quality of the Diploma and enhances their opportunities to apply the acquired knowledge in practice, which contributes to achieving the sustainable success of their projects at both the local and international levels. Al Ghafri said, "This achievement is not merely a certificate, but rather a step towards shaping a brighter and more empowering future for women entrepreneurs." Zamzam Al Shehhi, Senior Executive in the AJBWC- a Diploma graduate, said, "The Diploma provided an important platform that enabled participants to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in the changing and future business environment, including entrepreneurial and leadership skills, adapting to the future, building strong networks with women entrepreneurs, enhancing the role of women in the economy, and enhancing their ability to innovate in various fields and encourage the use of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, and supporting work-life balance." Samia Abdullah - an employee at the AJBWC - a Diploma graduate, added, "The Diploma contributed directly to improving the personal and professional performance of the participants, and developing their capabilities and job skills in line with the requirements of the digital age," explaining that the Diploma provided practical tools and new knowledge that enhance work efficiency and help to create creative solutions to develop institutional performance and elevate the level of services provided to women entrepreneurs.
