The Ajman Businesswomen Council (AJBWC) affiliating with the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, organized a workshop titled “Market and Sell Your Product at the Ajman Entrepreneurship Centre". The workshop came to highlight the investment opportunities available and the marketing platform of the Ajman Entrepreneurship Center. Held remotely, the workshop was attended by Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairwoman of the Ajman Businesswomen Council, Dr. Shafeeqa Al Ameri, Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, and Khaled Al Shamsi, Director of the Ajman Entrepreneurship Centre, along with a number of female entrepreneurs. Beginning the session, Dr. Shafeeqa Al Ameri emphasized the importance of cooperation between the Abu Dhabi and Ajman businesswomen councils in implementing joint activities and programmes for businesswomen and providing direct communication channels to ensure the exchange of experiences and partnerships between members of the two councils. This is a translation of the memorandum of understanding concluded between the two councils. She praised the efforts of the AJBWC in implementing several programmes and initiatives, among of which is the national programme "Ishraqa". The Council also participated in a number of workshops and programmes carried out by the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council to embody the integrity in the roles between the two parties. speaking during the workshop, Dr. Amna Khalifa emphasized the importance of the role played by the workshop in introducing Abu Dhabi’s businesswomen to the Ajman Entrepreneurship Centre and its services. This is because the Centre provides a sustainable marketing platform to allow the opportunity for them to expand their projects and products by opening new branches in the centre. She called on businesswomen nationwide to visit the centre and get to know it closely. She gave an overview of the efforts made by the AJBWC in providing various services that keep pace with the projects of businesswomen in general. Dr. Amna also praised the guidance of the leadership to support business of women through providing an integrated business environment that ensures the growth and development of their enterprises. For his part, Khalid Al Shamsi explained the objectives of the Ajman Entrepreneurship Centre that focus on providing an integrated marketing platform for entrepreneurs with multiple options and advantages. It offers a permanent exhibition, meeting and conference rooms, and an innovation centre with a package of benefits to tenants of entrepreneurs. He also explained the procedures and requirements for rent and the plan of the shop floor and the permanent exhibition. Al Shamsi continued, “The Centre’s ground floor features 64 shops of various spaces designated to entrepreneurs, while the first floor includes the headquarters of the AJBWC, a conference hall and 4 training rooms, and the second floor includes a business centre and a number of commercial offices for companies.”
