As part of the joint efforts to improve services, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve sustainability in the digital transformation plan, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), in cooperation with the Ajman Free Zone, has carried out a project to integrate membership services for enterprises and linked it with the Ajman Free Zone system. H.E. Salem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the ACCI, appreciated the existing cooperation and partnership between the ACCI and the Ajman Free Zone and their keenness to facilitate doing business. He also highlighted the importance of the project to adopt a unified system to link membership services between the ACCI and the Ajman Free Zone and its role in achieving the highest quality in providing services, providing a flexible and fast work environment, and providing a comprehensive and unified database, which is in line with the ACCI directions to provide a business environment that supports the growth and sustainability of its members in accordance with the aspirations of business owners and investors. He praised the effective and existing cooperation between all government entities concerned with economic affairs in Ajman and the efforts made to develop services provided to the business community and exchange experiences and best practices in order to enhance the economic competitiveness of Ajman, develop existing businesses, and create a suitable environment to attract new investments. For his part, H.E. Eng. Ali AlSuwaidi, Director General, AFZ, said: “The latest development is a testament to both parties’ resolve to deploy the needed resources to make Ajman a local and global leader in e-governance. By expanding the scope of our partnership, we are also creating more ways to digitalize and integrate our processes while improving further the business and investment atmosphere in the emirate. This way, we can attract more investments to Ajman, increase the UAE’s global profile as a vibrant business hub, and deliver experiences that are unique to our business partners.” Ms. Fatima Al-Awadi, Director of Technology Projects and Smart Services Department at the Ajman Chamber, confirmed that launching packages of joint services with other parties enhances the added value for customers and ensures facilitating service procedures and speeding up the time of their implementation, She also explained that the implementation of the project of integrating membership services for enterprises and linking it with the system of the Ajman Free Zone, will increase the customer satisfaction and happiness, clarifying that the ACCI, under the directives of the Board of Directors, is keen to develop its electronic services package, provide various channels to apply for all its services, and develop new services by diversifying its partnerships with relevant government and private entities.
