Within the keenness of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) to diversify the channels of direct communication between its employees and to find platforms for exchanging opinions and ideas supporting the development of operations, projects, and services, Ajman Chamber launched the “Coffee Session” initiative, where the first session dealt with opportunities to develop a program of visits to strengthen relations between the Ajman Chamber and its members of establishments. The session was attended by Nasser Al Dhafri, Executive Director of Member Support and Innovation Division at Ajman Chamber, in addition to several administration managers and Ajman Chamber employees. The session was presented by Laila Al-Saadi, chief executive of the Development and Innovation Administration. Nasser Al-Dhafri stressed the importance of the initiative and its role in providing a platform for brainstorming with the participation of the Chamber employees and providing the opportunity to directly contribute to the development of operations and services, supporting the proactive methodology, looking ahead to the future, keeping pace with the aspirations of business owners and creating a climate that supports the sustainability and growth of the business. He praised what the first session of the initiative witnessed and came out with a set of recommendations and proposals supporting the development of the "Visits to Strengthen Relationships between the Ajman Chamber and Its Members from the Establishments" program, through which the Ajman Chamber aims to consolidate the relationship and direct communication with the owners of factories and companies operating in the emirate and to monitor their aspirations about participating in the local and international exhibitions in the future. For her part, Eman Al Shamsi, Director of the Development and Innovation Administration, explained that the "Coffee Session" initiative aims to organize a monthly session in the presence of employees to discuss a service or project to improve and develop it in the future to serve the directions of the Ajman Chamber and achieve its goals and the interests of its members from companies and factories. Abdullah Abdul-Mohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of Relations and Members Support Administration, presented an overview of the “Visits to Strengthen Relationships between the Ajman Chamber and Its Members from the Establishments” program and the Chamber's efforts to enhance the direct relationship between the Chamber and its members, provide business owners with the Chamber’s services and ways to benefit from them, and monitor their future expectations about target markets and foreign exhibitions to participate in, in addition to monitoring any potential challenges that may hinder business growth and developing appropriate solutions in cooperation with the concerned government agencies.
