Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) is preparing with a delegation including Ajman’s factories producing perfumes to participate in the activities of the “Cosmetista Expo North & West Africa”, which will kick off on June 18 in Casablanca, Kingdom of Morocco, with broad international participation of nearly 100 exhibiting companies and factories specialized in the field of perfumes and cosmetics. Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of Relations and Members Support Office, head of the ACCI delegation that will participate in the Cosmetista’s activities, stressed that the participation comes within the ACCI's efforts to enhance its international presence and diversify its external participation in various specialized exhibitions, with a view to enabling Ajman’s factories and companies to reach new markets and promote local products, discussing partnership opportunities between business owners in Ajman and their counterparts from other countries, and identifying best practices according to various fields. This participation is to achieve the ACCI strategic goals and objectives, including the sustainability and growth of the business community and enhancing the capabilities of competitiveness and leadership. He explained that the ACCI's keenness to participate in the "Cosmetista Expo North & West Africa" reflects the great developments in the perfume industry in Ajman, as it includes more than 53 perfume factories and nearly 428 commercial establishments and outlets in the Emirate. The perfume industry contributes more than 6% to the industrial sector in Ajman during the year 2021. Al Nuaimi praised the keenness of business owners to participate under the ACCI umbrella in external exhibitions and events with a view to promoting the emirate's products, exploring new foreign markets, and reviewing investment opportunities and competitive elements of Ajman's economy.
