The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) received a delegation from the Department of Ports and Customs to exchange experiences, enhance cooperation and partnership, and discuss the latest services that support the business growth in the Emirate. The meeting was attended by Mr. Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of the Members Relations and Support Administration at ACCI, Mohammed Al Muhairi, Director of the Center of Communication and Customer Happiness, and Maryam Al Nuaimi, the Media Office Official in addition to H.E. Sheikh Sultan Al Nuaimi, Director of the Business Development Administration, Moza Al Ghafly, Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing Section, Mona Al Amiri, Head of Customers and Partners Relations Department, and Reem Aljaber, the supervisor at the Customer Happiness Center. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi extended his welcome to the attendees. He also emphasized that ACCI is keen to enhance its cooperation with all the local and federal government agencies concerned with economic affairs to develop the economy and provide valued services that contribute to the sustainability and growth of the chamber’s members, which achieve the Chamber’s objectives to enhance the sustainability and growth of the business community, expect and create the future of business and diversify the possibilities of competitiveness and leadership. He asserted the importance of the meeting and its role in enhancing cooperation, exchanging experiences, and acquainting the most important services and best practices directed to the business community, praising the efforts of the Department of Port and Customs and its role in providing various services that support the growth of the Emirate's economy, enhance its competitiveness, and ensure the business growth of the firms in the private sector. From his part, Sheikh Sultan Al Nuaimi presented an overview of theGet to know us" initiative launched by the Department of Port and Customs to introduce the department's services to the public and customers and to attract a larger number of investors to Emirate of Ajman in order to support the Emirate's economy, by providing service packages and special features to customers in order to enhance the vision and objectives of the Emirate of Ajman and ensure harmony and integration with the strategic partners and the department's objectives in the innovative marketing of its services. The delegation of the department reviewed a set of services, which include the customs and maritime sectors, and the services and privileges provided by the Department on the shipment of goods.
