109 Courses And Workshops For Ajman Chamber Employees During The First Half Of 2022

During the first half of this year, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) conducted 109 specialized courses and workshops for its employees in cooperation with its partners from government and private agencies concerned with the field of training. This is part of the Chamber's efforts to enhance the expertise and skills of its human resources, raise their functional capabilities, and create an attractive work environment. Amal Humaid Al Matrooshi, Acting Director of the Human Resources Department, confirmed that the Ajman Chamber is keen to provide integrated training programs that include all employees with their job grades. The Chamber also adopt many in-person training sources and digital training platforms, which provide innovative training opportunities based on diversity and comprehensiveness in various fields. She added, "The economic sector, in general, is characterized by dynamism and the speed of changes, and the Chamber seeks, under the directives of the Board, to provide training packages for its employees in all specialties to keep up with the latest developments. And ensuring the provision of services characterized by speed of delivery and quality that the business community aspires to so that the training plan of the Ajman Chamber represents a pillar and the main source for developing the work environment, services and providing an added value to the economy of Ajman as a whole. Al Matrooshi indicated that the Ajman Chamber seeks to diversify its partnerships with various government and private agencies to provide training opportunities to develop skills and empower human resources, which achieve the Chamber's objectives by enhancing competitiveness and leadership capabilities and providing proactive services that support the sustainability and growth of the business community. She added, "The Chamber's training plan during the second half of the current year adopts a number of fields, including future foresight and scenario planning, happiness and quality of life, design, and management of government services, data analysis, and statistical capabilities."
