With The Aim Of Opening New Markets For The Development Of The Emirate's Exports, Ajman Chamber Participates With A Delegation From The Emirate's Factories In The “Mihas” Showcase

The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) will participate with a delegation from the Emirate's food and beverage factories in the in the Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS) during the period from 7 to 10 September 2022, with the aim of enhancing the international participation of private sector establishments, discussing opportunities to expand brands, and supporting national products through reaching new markets to develop the Emirate's exports. Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of Member Relations and Support Sector, stressed that participation in this Showcase is a part of the ACCI’s efforts to support the growth of the business environment with the aim of achieving proactiveness and foreseeing the future of business by enabling its member factories and companies to learn about the best global practices in the industry based on innovation, technological development, and artificial Intelligence (AI), and exploring opportunities to discover new markets for national products, promoting available investment opportunities, and enhancing the economic reputation of the Emirate. He pointed out that the Ajman Chamber's pavilion in the Showcase, which includes "Gulfa Mineral Water, Al Seedawi Factory, Al Amir Foodstuff Trading, Arab & India Spices, and Milo Pulses Packaging & Spices" witnessed many meetings with business owners and investors participating in the Showcase to discuss partnership opportunities, make deals, and exchange experiences. Al Nuaimi praised the MIHAS as it provides as a global platform for more than 1,900 companies and factories from countries around the world, to see the most prominent transformations in the food sector globally, in terms of production, packaging, distribution and others. He added, "Ajman Chamber is keen to especially develop the food and beverage industries in line with the UAE's directions in the field of food security." Al Nuaimi confirmed that the Ajman Chamber relies, within its annual calendar of events, on diversifying participation in international exhibitions, as well as strengthening its external relations by organizing forums and holding meetings with economic delegations with the aim of strengthening international partnerships, promoting investment opportunities for the emirate and ensuring the achievement of the ACCI’s objectives aimed at enhancing sustainability and the growth of the business community and enhancing competitiveness and leadership capabilities".
