The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) launched the “Ajman Business platform in the world of Metaverse” during the activities of GITEX 2022. The platform comes as part of the Chamber’s efforts to diversify its services and initiatives based on the use of the latest technologies and technological methods in business development and attracting investments. The launch ceremony of the platform was attended by Nasser Al Dhafri, the Executive Director of the Member Support and Innovation, Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of Relations and Members Support Office, and the Ajman Chamber’s work team participating in GITEX 2022. Nasser Al Dhafri stressed the Ajman Chamber’s keenness on digital transformation in various projects and initiatives and the provision of proactive automated and smart services that enhance the competitiveness of Ajman and its economic attractiveness, explaining that the platform adopts the latest marketing methods and approaches of displaying products and services through virtual reality and the exploitation of artificial intelligence (AI). He added, "The Ajman Business platform provides a sustainable, innovative marketing exhibition that enhances direct communication between business owners from Ajman and their counterparts from all countries of the world. The platform also contributes to promoting national products and highlighting Ajman's investment and economic opportunities and advantages. Al Dhafri praised the role of GITEX in providing a global platform for displaying the latest services and projects of Artificial Intelligence technologies (AI), innovations, and creativity of government agencies at the state level. This will enhance opportunities for cooperation, partnership, exchange of experiences, and access to best practices, especially in the presence of developers and programmers from major global technology companies. For his part, Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of Relations and Members Support Office at the Ajman Chamber, said that the Ajman Chamber is keen on enabling business owners to access their services and products to various local and international markets, for the Ajman Business platform to provide a sustainable digital exhibition that contributes directly to the promotion of the products and services of private establishments from members of the Chamber and provides the opportunity to conclude deals and reach new and potential customers.
