H.E. Abdullah Al Muwaiji, the Chairman of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), praised the efforts of the wise leadership to support its human cadres of citizens working in the private sector through the Emirati Talent Competitiveness program "Nafis", which provides a federal platform aimed at raising levels of Emiratisation of jobs in the private sector, enhancing their contribution to the comprehensive development and business growth of private sector establishments, and increasing the competitiveness and attractiveness of the UAE economy. This came in a joint meeting held between the Ajman Chamber and the Human Resources Department in Ajman, in the presence of H.E. Salem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the ACCI, and H.E. Rashed Abdulrahman Sultan Bin Jebran Alsuwaidi, Director-General of Human Resources Department in Ajman Government. The meeting is intended to enhance joint cooperation and discuss opportunities to benefit from the "Nafis" program and increase percentages of national expertise and cadres in the development of the private sector. At the beginning of the meeting held at the headquarters of the Ajman Chamber, H.E. Abdullah Al Muwaiji stressed the importance of joint cooperation between the Ajman Chamber and the Human Resources Department of Ajman Government with a view to raising awareness among citizens looking for jobs, explaining that the UAE private sector in is dynamic continuously growing with the presence of international companies. This opens broader horizons for the availability of various jobs related to academic specialization, as well as jobs that keep pace with the tendencies and passions of job seekers. He said, "The directives and support of H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, may Allah protect him, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may Allah protect him, by increasing support for citizens' salaries and expanding job sectors and specializations will raise the rates of expertise and young Emirati cadres in the private sector". H.E. Al Muwaiji added, "National cadres' participation in job opportunities in the private sector has an encouraging effect on the growth of the number of private projects by identifying available investment opportunities in the fields of the private sector and creating new project ideas." H.E. Rashed Abdulrahman Sultan Bin Jebran Alsuwaidi stated that the strong presence Emirati cadres in the private sector reflects the efforts of our wise leadership in supporting job seekers and encouraging them to engage in the private sector, explaining that the HR Department is striving to diversify its partnerships with government and private entities in order to provide support necessary to increase the percentage of citizens working in the private sector in Ajman. He emphasized the vital role of the Ajman Chamber in increasing the number of national cadres in the private sector, as it is the entity responsible for representing the Ajman business community, praising the Ajman Chamber's pioneering role in ensuring the sustainability and growth of private sector business. For his part, H.E. Salem Al Suwaidi praised the efforts of the Human Resources Department in Ajman and its role in providing the private sector in Ajman with young cadres, stressing the importance of joint cooperation between the Ajman Chamber and the Department and strengthening the link between the private sector establishments that are members in the Ajman Chamber and those looking for jobs that suit their specialties and career passions. At the end of the meeting, they recommended the importance of organizing periodic meetings with business owners and officials of companies and factories to enhance the benefit of the "Nafis" program and monitor the opinions and suggestions of business owners, in addition to organizing specialized events to educate job seekers in the private sector, and strengthening cooperation with higher education institutions in order to make academic disciplines keep pace with the requirements the local labor market.
