Amal Humaid Al Matrooshi, Acting Director of the Human Resources Department at the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), confirmed that the Ajman Chamber is keen to provide a stimulating and positive work environment for its employees by applying pioneering best practices and support initiatives to improve the quality of life, which is reflected in performance levels, leadership, and job excellence. She explained that the "Aoun" Fund, which provides personal loans to the Ajman Chamber's employees under the benevolent loan system, is one of the most prominent sustainable initiatives that the Ajman Chamber provides to employees throughout the year, as the Fund was established in 2011, as it provided its services during the past four years to 62 employees. Amal Al Matrooshi stated that the management of the “Aoun” Fund is keen to provide soft loans that are repaid with an organized mechanism to enable employees to benefit from the Fund’s services without any additional burdens, according to job grades so that the loan installments are not a burden on the employee and can be repaid without any trouble. She also explained that the Fund receives a great welcome from the employees, which was reflected in the annual increase in the number of beneficiaries from the Aoun Fund. She added, "Ajman Chamber, under the directives of the Board of Directors, annually launches a number of initiatives and activities to achieve the highest standards of improving the quality of life in terms of health, psychological, and material aspects.
