Ajman Chamber Meets With The Owners Of Establishments

The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) discussed with a group of its establishment members working in Ajman, ways to develop and diversify the mechanisms for providing services of the ACCI, in support of the ease of doing business and providing a smart service environment that keeps pace with the aspirations of business owners to ensure the growth and sustainability of private sector establishments. The meeting is a part of the ACCI 's efforts to consolidate relations and enhance direct communication with business owners and investors in Ajman, and to discuss opportunities for introducing proactive services that enhance the competitiveness of Ajman's economy. The meeting also aims to inform the ACCI's customers about the digital services included in the smart application of the ACCI's services and monitor opinions and proposals supporting the development and improvement of service delivery channels through the smart application platform of the ACCI. The meeting held at the Ajman Chamber's headquarters was attended by Fatima Al-Awadi, Director of the Technology Projects and Smart Services Department at the Ajman Chamber, and employees of the Membership and Transaction Services Department and the Legal Services Department. Al-Awadi gave an overview of the efforts made to improve the service delivery system in the ACCI and to rely on the best existing technologies to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, flexibility, and ease of use to apply for the ACCI's services, including "economic establishment membership, certificates of origin and attestation, legal services, and other services." She stressed the importance of the meeting and its role in enhancing direct communication between the ACCI and its members of establishment owners and monitoring proposals and development ideas that support the ACCI's efforts in developing the economic sector in Ajman. Al-Awadi explained that the ACCI adopts a participative approach with its establishment members and its government and private sector partners to develop the work environment and provide proactive services that enhance the contribution of various sectors to increasing Ajman's GDP. For their part, the attendees from business owners praised the efforts of the ACCI in developing and diversifying the channels of providing services to ensure the continuity and ease of business. They also thanked them for providing the opportunity to express their opinion and contribute to the development of proactive services that guarantee the highest standards of quality, flexibility, and speed of completion of transactions.
