The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and the Ajman Center for Social Responsibility (Ajman CSR) are discussing with the Organizing Committee for the activities of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change "COP 28" opportunities for Ajman Chamber members from private sector establishments to participate in the global event, which will start from November 30, 2023, to December 12 in Dubai Expo City. The meeting was attended by H.E. Nasser Al Dhafri, CEO of the Ajman CSR, Aisha Hilal, Director of the Ajman CSR, Khaled Al Shamsi, Director of the Economic Studies Department, and a number of officials of the COP 28 Organizing Committee. The meeting comes within the efforts of the Ajman Chamber and the Ajman CSR to interact with the UAE's preparations to host "COP 28", and to empower and educate private sector establishments about best practices in the field of sustainability, resource conservation, and clean energy uses.
