H.E Abdullah Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), and H.E Mohamed Omar Al Shammari, Director of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority branch in Ajman, inaugurated the ceremony. "Golden Fingers” exhibition, organized by the Emirates Red Crescent - Ajman Centre, in cooperation with the Ajman Business Women Council, the Department of Finance - Ajman, and the Ajman Society of Social & Cultural Development. 22 male and female entrepreneurs’ volunteers from the Emirates Red Crescent - Ajman Center are participating in the exhibition. The exhibition activities will continue for 3 days, from September 7 to 9, at the Ajman Center for Entrepreneurship in Al Jurf area - Ajman. The opening ceremony was attended by H.E Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Board member of the ACCI- Chairwoman of the AJBWC, and H.E Mohammed Khalifa Mohammed bin Salmeen Al Aryani, board member of the ACCI, H.E Mona Saqr Al Matrooshi, Director General of Ajman Society of Social & Cultural Development, Khalifa Sultan bin Hareb Al Muhairi, General Manager of Al-Rasikhoon Real Estate Company, and a number of government agency officials and Red Crescent volunteers. H.E Abdullah Al Muwaiji inspected the participating projects and learned about the various products of the exhibitors, including “clothes, gifts, perfumes and tobacco, food and beverages, and other products.” Al Muwaiji also reviewed the initiatives and projects of the Emirates Red Crescent - Ajman Center participating in the exhibition, including the “With Knowledge We Empower” initiative to enable children from needy families to make their way to success, as well as, the efforts of the exhibition organizing committee to attract volunteers to the authority’s branch in Ajman, which includes more than 2,000 volunteers. The attendees learned about the “Rufof” initiative of the AJBWC, and its efforts to diversify the initiative’s sales outlets to expand the marketing circle for the products of female entrepreneurs who are AJBWC members. H.E Abdullah Al Muwaiji praised the quality and excellence of the products and projects of the Emirates Red Crescent volunteers. He also praised the awareness of the exhibitors in exploiting electronic marketing channels to expand the volume of sales. Al Muwaiji stressed that the ACCI and the AJBWC are keen to support project owners through diversifying programs and initiatives aimed at enabling them to develop their activities and projects. For his part, H.E Mohamed Omar Al Shammari stressed that organizing the “Golden Fingers” exhibition comes from the keenness of the Emirates Red Crescent - Ajman Centre, to encourage volunteers, male and female entrepreneurs, to provide a platform for exchanging experiences and partnerships between volunteer project owners and enhance their communication with the community. He explained that the center seeks to diversify its initiatives directed to volunteers in appreciation of their efforts in serving the community. On the first day, the exhibition witnessed a workshop entitled “Tawrid”, which was presented by the Department of Finance - Ajman, to explain how the project owner becomes an approved supplier in the Ajman government. The exhibition’s activities also witness a group of workshops and events directed to children. The exhibition's activities continue from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm during September 8 and 9 at the Ajman Centre for Entrepreneurship.
