Ajman Chamber Participates In The First Egy Gcc Business Forum In Cairo

In support of developing a renewed global economic relations network that supports opportunities for expansion, business development and promotion of Ajman as an ideal investment destination, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) participated in the first Egyptian GCC Business Forum work under the slogan “Business - Partnership - Investment”, over two days in Cairo, organized by the Federation Chambers of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the General Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, with the support of the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry. The Ajman Chamber was represented by H.E. Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Salmeen Al-Aryani, the (ACCI) board member. The forum witnessed a series of sessions that addressed the prospects for EGY GCC cooperation, ways to develop trade exchange, increase the volume of joint investments, and opportunities to benefit from the size of the available capabilities. H.E. Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Salmeen Al-Aryani praised the depth of the historical and fraternal relations between the UAE and Egypt, stressing that the economic relations between the two countries are witnessing exceptional developments in the volume of intra-trade and mutual investments. Al-Aryani stated the importance of the forum and its role in providing a Gulf-Egyptian platform to enhance ways of joint economic cooperation, noting that the Ajman Chamber, during its participation, met with a large group of senior officials and business owners to discuss ways of cooperation between Ajman, the Egyptian side, and Gulf delegations participating in the forum work in various sectors, including “ the real estate sector, food and manufacturing industries, agriculture, tourism, electricity, as well as renewable energy, education, health, communications and information technology, and other fields.”
