Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched the Institutional Capacity Development Program, which targets all categories of the Chamber's employees. This programs aims at spreading the culture of excellence, developing human cadres, and enhancing job skills. Aisha Hilal, head of the Institutional Capacity Development Program team at the Ajman Chamber, emphasized the importance of the program as one of the most important tools for developing the work environment and keeping pace with developments in the economic sector in the emirate and the country; moreover, she adds that the program consists of 25 specialized workshops; such workshops will be presented by experts and specialists in developing institutional capabilities. Thus, this program will last for 5 months.
