H.E. Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, confirmed that granting Ajman the membership of the Global Network of Learning Cities (GNLC) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), is an important step in developing the education sector, enhancing its quality, and sharing best practices and leading educational solutions with countries of the world, as GNLC includes 356 cities of 79 member states, which are committed to lifelong learning for all. He said: "There is no doubt that this global educational achievement made by the Emirate of Ajman will motivate us to make more efforts during the next edition of the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX 2024), especially in light of the participation of an elite group of local, Gulf, Arab, and foreign universities and higher education institutions."
