Iman Humaid Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at the Ajman Chamber, confirmed that the Ajman Chamber for commerce and industry (ACCI) does not hesitate to launch and update its initiatives and systems for its functional cadres, to ensure the provision of a happy, positive, and flexible work environment characterized by the highest standards of improving the quality of life to support the health, psychological, and material aspects, and in a way that reflects in performance levels and achieving leadership and career excellence. She explained that the Ajman Chamber has made an amendment to the grade scale and salaries of employees in accordance with wage rates in the labor market and achieves financial stability for employees, in addition to developing and approving the job performance management system, the behavioral competencies framework and the technical competencies guide in accordance with best practices, in addition to updating the rewards and incentives policy and adopting a new category of rewards, represented by the “Distinguished Performance Recognition Fund,” in an effort to stimulate high and distinguished performance. Al Shamsi stated that the Ajman Chamber always updates its initiatives by sharing the suggestions and ideas of its employees, and at the top of these initiatives is the "Aoun" Fund concerned with providing personal loans to the Ajman Chamber's employees under the benevolent loan system as one of the sustainable initiatives, flexibility in working hours, flexibility in working hours for mothers’ employees, and other initiatives".
