The Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX), organized by the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), received approximately 4,000 visitors over the course of the first and second day of the AETEX, including high school students and employees of government and private agencies aspiring to pursue further academic studies, and individuals searching for training programs that are compatible with their job tasks and practical lives. The AETEX will continue until Thursday, May 16, with the participation of more than 50 local, Arab, and foreign universities and educational institutions at the Emirates Hospitality Center - Ajman. H.E. Marwan Hussein Al Shaali, ACCI Board Member, emphasized the significance of the AETEX and its educational, economic, and social objectives, as well as its role in connecting universities and educational institutions with students under one roof in support of facilitating the selection of the appropriate academic major and saving time and effort for students and parents, as well as employees of the public and private sectors who aspire to complete their undergraduate and postgraduate studies. It also contributes to promoting the participating universities, enhances the exchange of expertise, best practices, and educational tools, and sheds light on the majors that are most compatible with the labor market. For its part, Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the AETEX’s activities, highlighted that the high turnout of visitors over the two days of the AETEX reflects the trust of the community and educational institutions in the AETEX. He also praised the efforts of the participating educational institutions and universities in raising awareness among the AETEX visitors about the most prominent and future-oriented majors, in addition to providing encouraging grants and discounts and explaining the requirements for university registration. Abdullah Al Nuaimi stated that the AETEX empowers its visitors to comprehensively compare a diverse range of majors, programs, and educational institutions, enabling them to identify the most suitable option that aligns with their skills and aspirations. The AETEX organizers have attracted a selection of esteemed local and foreign universities renowned for their expertise in artificial intelligence, innovation, technology, and other cutting-edge fields of study. He said, "The diversity of workshops accompanying the AETEX plays a crucial role in enhancing its success and attracting visitors." The workshop topics range from "university preparation, EMSAT, registration services, and future specializations" to specialized workshops tailored for employees of government agencies and private sector companies. The Chairman of the Organizing Committee invited members of the community, including students, parents, and employees, to grace the closing day of the AETEX, scheduled for "Thursday," May 16th, to take advantage of the grants and discounts offered by participating universities, gain insights into the offered cutting-edge majors, admission and enrollment procedures, while simultaneously benefiting from the expert guidance and counseling provided by experts professionals from the Ministry of Education.
