In support of the efforts of the Ajman Chamber in developing its proactive services and enhancing the contribution of the private sector to economic development, the Ajman Chamber organized a brainstorming workshop with the participation of its members from private sector establishments, to develop services such as "Certificates of Origin and Attestations, Membership of Establishments, Legal Services, and other services". Mohamed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of the Member Support Services Sector - Head of the Smart Services and Empowerment Team and the Service Development Team, emphasized the importance of this workshop and its role in consolidating a proactive and participatory approach that ensures the development of services and enhances the Ajman Chamber foresight efforts. He explained that this workshop aims to develop the Ajman Chamber services by meeting with the owners and officials of private sector establishments in Ajman and listening to their opinions and proposals, which enhances the effective partnership between the Ajman Chamber and its members and contributes to improving services, facilitating business practices, enhancing competitiveness, and attracting investments He stated that the Ajman Chamber aims to implement a series of brainstorming sessions with its members, the owners of establishments, to discuss all services and initiatives and explore ways to develop and improve them to keep pace with the aspirations of the business community in Ajman. Laila Al Saadi, the Acting Director of the Ajman Center for Entrepreneurship, presented this workshop, where she explained the definition of proactive services and their importance in facilitating business practices, as well as the specific criteria for transforming challenges into proactive opportunities and services. She also provided an overview of each service individually to explore opportunities for their development and enhancing their proactivity. This workshop included several open discussions to get the participants' opinions and suggestions on developing the services and improving their quality and proactivity. This resulted in a set of innovative and effective solutions and recommendations that better meet the needs and requirements of the members. This workshop, held at the Ajman Center for Entrepreneurship, was attended by Sheikh Hamad bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, Director of the Member Affairs Department, Aisha Al Nuaimi, the Acting Director of the Legal Affairs Department, as well as a number of the Ajman Chamber employees, business owners, and representatives of companies and factories.
