"The Happiness and Quality of Life Council" of the Ajman Chamber plays a pivotal role in enhancing happiness and positivity in the work environment, developing policies and programs, launching initiatives, and implementing activities aimed at employees, customers, and the community in general. Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, a member of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber and Chairwoman of the Happiness and Quality of Life Council, chairs the Happiness Council meeting to formulate the work plan for the upcoming phase and discuss a set of programs, projects, and initiatives related to the Council's objectives. The Ajman Chamber believes that the happiness of its employees is the foundation for developing services, increasing productivity, improving job satisfaction, and motivating innovation and creativity.
