Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairwoman of the Happiness and Quality of Life Council of Ajman Chamber, announced that the Happiness Council will launch a series of community and health initiatives during the second half of this year, targeting Ajman Chamber's employees and customers in addition to workers in private sector establishments, in cooperation with the partners of the Happiness and Quality of Life Council. She stressed that the initiatives and events implemented by the Happiness Council aim to enhance happiness and quality of life and directly impact increased productivity and satisfaction, explaining that the objectives of the Happiness Council are consistent with the principle of "Community Centrality" as one of the strategic principles of Ajman Vision 2030 by focusing on the needs of people and the business sector in the emirate of Ajman, and focusing on the health and social well-being of individuals and society. Dr. Amna Khalifa explained that the Happiness Council conducted a comprehensive study to monitor the opinions and suggestions of employees and customers, with the aim of formulating institutional and community initiatives and projects that reflect needs and aspirations. She added that the study is a part of the Happiness Council's efforts to enhance transparency and positive interaction, and contribute to determining work priorities and directing resources towards achieving the greatest degree of satisfaction and happiness in the work environment and society. Abeer Eid Al Faraj, member of the Happiness and Quality of Life Council, stated that the Happiness Council organized the "Medical Camp" event to provide medical examinations and advice to employees in support jobs and their families in cooperation with Zulekha Hospital, so that the event included employees of the Ajman Chamber, the Ajman Business Women Council, and the Thara Center for Entrepreneurship. She pointed out that the Medical Camp aimed to enhance the culture of conducting periodic examinations, which is the basis for preventing and detecting diseases early, noting that the Happiness Council is keen to diversify its initiatives during the next stage in line with the needs of employees, workers, and their families.
