Ajman Chamber received a delegation from Augustów, Poland, to explore joint cooperation opportunities, promote investment prospects, and foster bilateral relations in the education and healthcare sectors. The delegation was welcomed by Nasser Al Dhafri, Advisor to the Office of Chairman of Ajman Chamber, and Khaled Al Shamsi, Director of the Economic Studies Administration at the Ajman Chamber, at the Thara Center for Entrepreneurship. Dr. Abdallah Khalfan Saeed Al Kindi, Head of Department - Emirates Health Services (EHS) and the UAE President of Emirates Pharmacy Society, also attended the meeting. The Polish delegation included Viren Bhandari, Advisor to the Mayor of Augustów, and Arkadiusz Nowalski, Advisor to the Mayor, along with other officials. The meeting highlighted the most prominent investment opportunities available in Ajman across various sectors, including industry, trade, real estate, construction, tourism, hospitality, energy, technology, artificial intelligence, and others. The meeting focused on investment prospects in the education and healthcare sectors, as well as the pharmaceutical and drug manufacturing industries. Al Dhafri briefed the attendees on the investment incentives in Ajman and the ease of doing business supported by the Government of Ajman, in line with the Ajman Vision 2030 to enhance a competitive business environment, encourage and facilitate investment, and develop a conducive entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Polish delegation was invited to visit the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX) and to invite Polish universities to participate in the AETEX events during February 2025, in support of fostering and strengthening cooperation in higher education. The meeting recommended organizing specialized joint forums to increase cooperation and partnership opportunities, develop mutual investments, and exchange visits and participation in future investment events.
