Ajman Chamber participates in the UAE Innovation Month "UAE Innovates 2025" with a variety of events targeting its employees and members from private sector establishments and youth councils from government entities. Through these events, the Chamber aims to promote a culture of innovation and stimulate creativity in the work environment, develop institutional performance, and support the growth and sustainability of businesses. According to Maryam Al Nuaimi, head of the UAE Innovation Month team at the Ajman Chamber, the Chamber is keen to join annually the UAE Innovation Month activities. This year, the Chamber has three main events planned: "Chain Reaction Contraption, the Innovation Program, and the Innovation Lab". She added that the UAE Innovation Month team at the Ajman Chamber diversified its activities to stimulate creativity and foster innovative thinking, supporting an interactive environment that allows the exchange of knowledge and experiences, and encourages participants to explore new problem-solving methods and benefit from the latest technologies and AI capabilities. The activities of the Ajman Chamber commenced with a workshop titled "Chain Reaction Contraption", which included numerous practical and mental competitions among the Chamber's employees. This aimed to stimulate creative thinking and teamwork. The participants expressed their satisfaction with the workshop, emphasizing the importance of innovation workshops and their role in fostering a positive work environment, breaking routine, and developing employees' skills and knowledge.
