The activities of the 8th edition of the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX)-2021 will kick off virtually on Tuesday (April 27) and will continue for a couple of days. The exhibition is organized by the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, with the participation of more than 25 universities and educational institutions from inside and outside the country. The Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee for AETEX - Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi, said that the virtual edition would ensure direct communication between the exhibitors and the visitors who need to know about the best higher education programmes offered by the participating universities. It enables its visitors to communicate directly with each university platform via visually or via instant chatting to have all their inquiries answered and to get acquainted with all services provided, he added. “The virtual platform will allow communication between visitors and participating institutions from 9 am to 2 pm during the two days of the exhibition, in addition to organising a number of workshops specialized in technical education, SMEs, and the future professions,” Al Nuaimi said. The AETEX poses an international educational platform to follow up on the developments of the higher education sector and the most prominent methods and tools developed, as well as the developments of disciplines, especially after the changes imposed by the Corona pandemic, he added. Al Nuaimi also called on students and parents to visit the exhibition and get to know about the participating universities, programmes and disciplines offered to choose the most appropriate in accordance with the tendencies and desires associated with the labor market.
