The Ajman Chamber has registered its Eco Smart Indus-try initiative as an intellectual property under the Intellec-tual Property Rights Department of the Ministry of Econ-omy and Tourism. This significant achievement reflects the Chamber's commitment to fostering institutional in-novation and adopting sustainable solutions that support the development of the industrial sector and achieve en-vironmental and economic balance through rationalizing consumption, conserving resources, and increasing productivity. Mariam Al Nuaimi, the initiative's coordinator and Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at the Ajman Chamber, praised the importance of registering the initiative as an intellectual property, emphasizing that this step represents a qualitative leap in documenting in-stitutional innovation and encourages the wider applica-tion of the initiative within the industrial sector. "The Eco Smart Industry initiative provides an effective platform for exchanging experiences and best practices in rationalizing consumption and conserving resources among private sector establishments. It further supports accelerating the adoption of smart technologies and green solutions, and enhances the efficiency of opera-tional processes in alignment with sustainable develop-ment goals to bolster the industrial sector's competitive-ness and output", Al Nuaimi stated.
