His Excellency Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of Ajman Chamber, stated that “Union Pledge Day” represents a national milestone where wills were united and the meanings of wisdom and unity were embodied. It marks a historic day on which the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him, and his fellow founding fathers, may God have mercy on them, signed the Union Agreement and the Constitution of the UAE, and announced the Union Statement and the official name of the United Arab Emirates—thus launching the journey of a nation founded on unity and firmly rooted national principles.
