Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Nuaimi, Director of Government Communication at the Ajman Chamber and Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the Ajman International Education and Training Exhibition (AETEX), affirmed that the “UAE Higher Education Award”, launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR), reflects the wise leadership's vision of reinforcing excellence and innovation, supporting scientific research, and building a knowledge-based economy. This is achieved by recognizing outstanding institutions, individuals, and partners, and by stimulating future readiness and strategic partnerships to ensure the continued leadership of the higher education and scientific research system in the UAE. He praised the main categories of the award – the category of leading universities and higher and vocational education institutions (“Leadership”), the category of transformative higher education projects (“Readiness”), the category of higher education pioneers (“Pioneers”), and the category of influential higher education partners (“National Impact”), and their role in highlighting outstanding and successful best practices and exchanging experiences.
