As part of the Ajman Chamber's efforts to achieve Zero Bureau-cracy and simplify procedures, the Chamber held a series of meetings with its members from private sector establishments to gather feedback and proposals on developing the Chamber's services, including the "Attestation and Certificates of Origin" services. Mohamed Ali Al Janahi, Executive Director of the Member Support Services Sector and Head of the Zero Bureaucracy Team at the Ajman Chamber, emphasized that the Chamber has intensified its direct communication with the business community. This aligns with an action plan that supports the objectives of the national "Zero Bureaucracy" programme and the Comprehensive Experience Programme by the Ajman Digi-tal Department. The Chamber is committed to developing its service ecosystem through a proactive approach focused on anticipating customer needs and delivering more flexible and efficient services. He added, "The rapid growth and diversification of the eco-nomic sector in the Emirate of Ajman reflect the importance of enhancing communication with Chamber members and boost-ing their contribution to identifying development opportuni-ties and creating proactive, innovative solutions." Mohamed Al Janahi emphasized that engaging customers and Chamber members from private sector establishments repre-sents a practical approach to understanding the aspirations of the business community and transforming their proposals into tangible development opportunities. He noted that the Cham-ber is committed to diversifying its communication channels through the visits program and organizing specialized forums and councils.
