Ajman Chamber has organized the "AIRIS-Certified AI Practitioner" training program, aimed at empowering its employees to acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills required to leverage generative AI and AI agents in the workplace. The program also focuses on enabling participants to design innovative initiatives and develop practical roadmaps that support the adoption of AI technologies and expand their impact within the work environment. The training covered several key pillars, including the concept of artificial intelligence, its historical development, and its daily applications, as well as data science and its analytical tools. It also addressed machine learning and how algorithms function, in addition to the fundamentals of deep learning and neural network training. Further topics included natural language processing, computer vision, and the use of generative AI and AI agents in workplace applications. Kulthum Al Asam, Director of the Human Resources Department, emphasized that the training program aligns with Ajman Chamber's direction toward building a more innovative and future-ready work environment. Al Asam added that this is achieved by investing in the development of employees' skills and enhancing their ability to utilize AI technologies to elevate performance and develop innovative solutions. She praised Ajman Chamber's training plan, which aims to enable employees to utilize modern technologies in developing services and initiatives, and to innovate practical solutions that contribute to streamlining procedures, facilitating the work environment, and increasing performance efficiency.
