Ajman Chamber and Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government signed a joint cooperation agreement aimed at enhancing areas of collaboration, exchanging knowledge and expertise, and benefiting from specialized academic and training programs and initiatives. This supports the development of the Chamber's human resources capabilities and elevates their professional and specialized knowledge and skills. Kaltham Al Asam, Director of the Human Resources Department at Ajman Chamber, emphasized that the agreement represents a significant step toward supporting competency development, enhancing employee capabilities and skills, and elevating institutional performance. She added, "The agreement facilitates leveraging the expertise of Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in designing and implementing specialized academic and training programs, alongside its knowledge initiatives, workshops, and courses in management and leadership. This supports Ajman Chamber's efforts to develop the capabilities of its workforce and enhance their professional and specialized skills."
